Today we are going to show you how you can root your Xperia Z Ultra Running 4.3, 4.4 firmware updates by following simple step by step instructions.The process is very simple and takes a few minutes to get the root access on your Xperia Z Ultra.

Before you begin with the instructions below :

1.Make sure your android device is adequately charged — at least 50% battery of the device.

2.Backup Your Device — Back up important data and stuff before you start playing around here as there are chances you might lose your apps and app-data (app settings, game progress, etc.), and in rare case, files on the internal memory, too.

3.Install Latest Driver — You must have proper and working driver installed on your windows computer to be able to successfully root your Xperia Z Ultra.

STEP BY STEP ROOT INSTRUCTIONS :

STEP 1: Download The Xperia Z Ultra Root File from the link given below.
File Name : Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v36.zip
Size : 74 mb

STEP 2: Extract/Unzip the  Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v36.zip file using 7zip or Winrar software on your computer. To get the following files :

STEP 3: Enable USB debugging on The Xperia Z Ultra , to enable it :
On your Android device, go to Settings > Developer options > USB Debugging > Tap on it to enable.


Note * On Android 4.2 and newer, the developer options are hidden by default.
To make it available, go to Settings > About phone and tap Build number seven times. Yup, just tap it 7 times, even if it seems crazy. Then, return to the previous screen to find Developer options.

STEP 4: Now Connect your Device to PC, using USB cable.

STEP 5: Now Run the RunMe.bat file on your compute.

Note *  To select an option just press numbers as shown in the screen from your keyboard.

STEP 7: Now Select the Option to root your device and press Enter Buton from your keyboard and Wait for the root process to complete. once it completed your device will be rebooted automatically.

Note *  is the device is not rebooted after success message than reboot it manually.

STEP 8: That's all..you device should be rooted now :).
To verify root status download rootchecker app from google play store or you can also verify your root by installing titanium backup apps.

STEP 1: Connect your Device to PC.

STEP 2: Now Run the RunMe.bat file on your computer

STEP 3: You will see the following options, Just select the last option [x]. Press x button from your keyboard :

STEP 4: Now press Enter Buton from your keyboard and Wait for the unroot process to complete. once it completed your device will be rebooted automatically.
